A live-action adaptation of Nakagawa Manabu's manga which itself is based on his personal experiences. It is a true account of a man's secret shame directed by Kobayashi Toshimasa who directed the television series based on Nakagawa's debut work, 'Boku niwa mada Tomodachi ga inai'.
After many years of living the life of a NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), 29-year-old Nakagawa Manabu (Nou Misoo) finally obtains a job. While in his perky mood, he goes to a sex parlor and meets their best girl Yunoa (Yanagi Erisa). He is supposed to reach climax from the unsurpassed service Yunoa gives him, but at that moment, suffers a cerebral hemorrhage instead.
