[ Story ]

Omori Tatsushi directs this drama weaving a comical yet heartfelt story about the bond between a parent and child. Yasuda Ken of Come On Irene and Baisho Mitsuko of The Ballad Of Narayama respectively play the son and mother.
Satoshi (Yasuda) has been depressed since the death of his beloved mother Akiko (Baisho). A crybaby since he was a child, the timid Satoshi was always helped out by his cheerful and powerful mother. Six months after Akiko's death, Satoshi realizes his heart's ambition of becoming a manga artist and moves to Tokyo. Then he receives a phone call.
