[ Story ]
The fourteenth "One Piece" theatrical film commemorates the twentieth anniversary of the television anime series. The original author, Oda Eiichiro, supervises while Ootsuka Takashi of the "Pretty Cure All Stars DX" series writes and directs.
Luffy (voice: Tanaka Mayumi) and his Straw Hat pirates obtain an invitation to the "Pirate World Fair". Pirates from around the world assemble with their sights set on the treasure hunt bequeathed by Roger the Pirate King, enveloping the world fair in a whirlwind of hysteria. Meanwhile behind-the-scenes, Bullet (voice: Isobe Tsutomu) and other crew members of the former Pirate King are plotting a major event which will embroil the entire world.
